Everyone networks. It is not a new concept. The problem is that most people don’t understand the power of a network, how to build and maintain one, or how to effectively do it. Yet, it is a skill that can mean the difference between success or failure. To be successful at networking one must first understand what it is and its purpose. Unlike popular belief, the true purpose of a network is not all about you but rather how to support the needs of others. In this program we will explore the elements of effective networking including how to make connections, discover your contacts’ needs, overcome fears, and make the most of the relationships you create.
