The goal was to provide awareness and understanding to local Hendricks County Residents about the importance of local farming and promoting sustainable agricultural practices to our environment and local economy. A Tour of 5 Farms in the Hendricks County area was held on July 31, 2010. $1,400.00 was raised which will go toward the development of a future website and annual farm tour. Several members of this project would like to assist in planning for future farm tours and website development.
