Meet Chuck Fippen, LHC Class of 2016 and Vice President of Commercial Lending with First Internet Bank!
How and when have you been involved with Leadership Hendricks County?
Served on the Program Committee after graduating.
What has been your favorite moment or experience throughout your involvement?
Staying connected to my classmates; the best class ever 2016. They truly are a great group of friends.
What did LHC teach you as a leader?
Leadership is about serving others and trying to elevate those around you.
What would you tell others who are considering involvement in LHC’s programs?
It’s one of the best ways to connect with those who really care about their community.
What’s new since you were involved in Leadership Hendricks County?
LHC really helped me in my career where I have been able to put the lessons of the program to use in my daily life. I continue to be very involved in the Boy Scouts of America joining the Executive Board and serving as the Treasurer. Again, LHC really helped me navigate my new role in Scouting refining my capabilities as unit leader and an Executive Committee member. Finding a way to serve and volunteer in the community where I live is extremely satisfying. It also allows me to remain connected to LHC alumni from all over Hendricks County.
