Managing Director at coaching, training and organizational design company Perpetual Development, LLC, William has held executive and other strategic leadership positions for over 25 years in engineering, finance, and operations with companies such as Navistar, Ford Motor Company, Brightpoint (now Ingram Micro), as well as starting companies and serving as Executive Director for Butler University’s Executive Education. He earned an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an Executive Education Leadership Certificate from the University of Michigan.
